The FMC Automation manufactures an extensive range of industry proven products including core assembly machines for charge air coolers, condensers, heaters and radiators,and HVAC Unit.
Reciprocating fin forming machines allow for greater flexibility in the manufacture of high accuracy automotive, aerospace and industrial square fin forms.
Tube mills are specifically designed for the manufacture of aluminium and solder coated brass tube. Utilising proven technology for rapid tool changing, coupled with state of the art electronic controls, these mills provide the most flexible and robust tube cut-off mechanisms available within the industry. A range of lockseam tube mills are produced for a number of output requirements.
The FMC Automation also manufacture plastic tank clinch machines, designed to provide the highest levels of performance. Semi-automatic operation and quick tool change capability ensures ease of operating and high productivity
With extensive experience in the design, development and manufacturing of fin rolls, The FMC Automation can meet exacting standards for Quality and value. Skilled personnel, using materials of the highest quality, produce durable, high precision fin rolls and tooling. </P>
