Air-conditioning water system pollution and the influences on indoor air quality were illustrated. The countermeasures to prevent water pollution were proposed. Analysis indicates that increasing the quantity of fresh air is not the unique method to improve indoor air quality. And preventing the pollution in air-conditioning water system can not only create healthy and comfortable indoor environment but also protect outside-door environment with less energy consumption.
