In this paper, heat transfer reduction of heat exchangers used for air conditioning refrigeration systems was predicted for the case when replacing HCFC22 by nonazeotropic mixtures. The heat transfer lowering effect on both condensation and evaporation process were analyzed compared with that of the pure refrigerants such as HCFC22, and the reduction of the total heat transfer coefficients for evaporator and the condenser was predicted.
