In the introduction the application of low energy cooling method for commercial buildings in the middle Europe is discussed. The main part of the paper deals with modeling and simulation of building it self and HVAC system including control. The calibration of the ESP-r building model according to is measured data prescribed and problems with system simulation are discussed. The role of modeling and simulation for low energy cooling is presented on the conclusion.
