Briefly states the validity and localization of the health technic and points out that fresh air is crucial for health air conditionings. Cost becomes the barrier of fresh air with the prevalence of air conditionings. We develop heat recovery air conditioning to improve indoor air quality and reduce the cost of fresh air. The heat conservation setting obviously improves Energy Effective Ratio without increases input power.
