Building’s structure, ventilating load characteristics and cooling load characteristics are analyzed. Every room is to have an exhaust system and fresh air is to be supplied to corridors. The air conditioning system is to use a split system with one outdoor unit and several multi-indoor units. It is proven that the HVAC system is easy to adjust, saving investment, air quality is better, air pollution is prevented and operation cost is low.
