The experiments were carried out on human body’s thermal comfort in different room temperature and indoor wall temperature. This paper evaluates the result of the experiment by the way of new standard effective temperature and proposes the indoor SET﹡ be 27.0~27.8℃ to ensure the thermal comfort of indoor inhabitants. It has shown that when the room temperature is 28.0℃, the most acceptable indoor climate is room wall temperature ranges between 28~40.1℃.
