Based on the universities’ teaching buildings in Chongqing as study object, this paper studies the indoor thermal environment of classroom and objectively and subjectively describes the indoor thermal environment in the classroom by the ways of investigation and testing, then gets the accepted thermal environment range in summer, and analyses the difference of predicted thermal sensation and surveying thermal sensation and the influence of air velocity to thermal sensation, at last puts forward some improving indoor thermal quality measures.
