The paper briefly presents the knowledge about indoor electromagnetic radiation: basic knowledge, principle of harming body, standard in China, present condition and protection. The paper particularly analyses several family-electricity with big electromagnetic radiation: microwave oven, electric blanket, TV and mobile telephone, and proposes practical methods of protection against indoor electromagnetic radiation.
