The registration fee for participants (including students) covers the proceedings, official events, coffee breaks, exhibition, lunches, dinner, banquet, and arranged technical visit. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes all the above items except for the proceedings and attendance at the technical sessions. The accompanying persons will pay extra fees if they want to participate in some special social events arranged for them.

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
Cancellation of participation in the Conference after registration must be made in writing to Prof. Quan Zhang, Hunan University. Upon notification, the refund for Registration Fee will be made as follows:
Cancellation before 25 March, 2009 90%
Cancellation after/on 25 March, 2009 50%
Cancellation after 25 April, 2009 Nil
