All papers accepted, subject to the completion of the registration process, will be published in the conference proceedings(ISTP Compendex). Delegates presenting more than two papers will be asked to pay an extra charge which is indicative of hire costs for the conference venue and the publication costs. Selected papers will be published in a Supplementary Issue of the Journal of Hunan University (EI Compendex). Some selected original and higher level’s papers will be published in the Journal of Energy and Building (SCI/EI Compendex).

All accepted full papers are published in the conference proceedings in both USB and hard copy. The USB proceedings will be distributed to all full-fee registered participants at the registration. The printed proceedings and additional copies of the USB proceedings could be purchased at the conference.

If you like, EERB-BEPH 2009 can also mail your purchased hard copies according to address with an additional postage fee.

One set of printed proceedings (2 volumes): US $150 or RMB ￥1,050.
One additional copy of the USB proceedings: US $20 or RMB ￥150.
Additional postage fee within the mainland: RMB ￥ 30.
Additional postage fee for overseas postage: RMB ￥ 100.
